Can I make a loan payment without coming into the store?
Yes! We are now able to accept payments for all transactions online through our website!
How do I make an online payment?
Click here to goto the payment portal page. From there you will see a field that says "Type your ticket number". That number is on the top right corner of your yellow ticket. Submit that and match your finance charge amout and due date to your ticket and then you will be able to make your payment.
Is there a fee to make an online payment?
No. There is no extra fees for making the payment online. The only extra fees that may occur is if your loan has rolled past the 5-day grace period after the maturity date.
Will I get an updated ticket?
Yes, however the updated ticket will be kept in our store and you will need to come by with your ID. Once we verify your ID we will let you have the updated ticket.
Can someone else pickup my updated ticket?
Unfortunately our store policy is that only the person's who name on the ticket can recieve it.
Can I completely pay off my loan or layaway with a mobile payment?
No, to keep items in our store they need to be under pawn contract. However, we can accept extra payment to pay down the principal of your loan. You will need to contact us if you want to do so.
I am behind on my loan, can I make a large payment to catch it up?
The online system is set to only do one payment at a time, even if you are past due. You can either make multiple payments to catch it up or contact us to do one lump payment.
I paid on the wrong ticket or a ticket that isn't mine, what do I do?
We will be verifying online payments as they come in and will contact customers if we see names or info that do not match. But if you have made a mistake then contact us immediately and we will get you taken care of.
